Dalmec, thanks to its expertise deriving from years of experience, always improving and updating its applications and solutions in line with new requirements through direct and continual cooperation with major industries, has realised the manipulator Partner PM completely in stainless steel.
The new manipulator and the gripping equipment are built according to specifically developed projects in relation to the well-known need for cleanliness in the pharmaceutical - food - chemical industry and in sterile environments.
The structure is realised using AISI 304 stainless steel with few parts in AISI 420/421. Welding is mostly performed using MAG and MIG methods in an inert gas atmosphere; major welds, from an aesthetic and functional standpoint, are ground and smoothed. Visible surfaces are polished and brush-finished.
The maximum weight capacity is up to 250 kg and max. radius is 2500 mm.
The inox Manipulator Partner PM, fitted with suitable gripping systems, is able to lift and handle loads of different kind.
In this illustration, it is fitted with pneumatic jaws, designed for the partial or total emptying of drums and it is equipped with a portable baseplate for the transport with a lift truck.
