Industrial balancer or Manipulator, column mounted version, custom-built for lifting reels of plastic film from a cradle and placing them on pallet.
The tooling is an expanding mandrel and is equipped with a pneumatic system for the inclination to 90°.

The manipulator is fitted with mandrel gripping system, suitable for the gripping and handling of reels having different forms weights and dimensions. The tooling allows the gripping in the inner hole of the reel, the handling and inclination of 90° and positioning the same on a pallet.
Characteristics: Max weight capacity 230 Kg – Max working radius 4100 mm – Vertical lift 1600 mm.
