MANIPULATOR WITH ARTICULATED ARMS MAXIPARTNER MX
Pneumatic Manipulator MAXIPARTNER MX with articulated arms, equipped with special gripping tools, is suitable to handle heavy (max 900 kg) and also off-set loads, in any direction, allowing the operator to work with the minimum effort in good ergonomic and safety conditions.
Its slim and strong structure eliminates the “drifting” effect.
Dalmec can manufacture the Manipulator MAXIPARTNER completely in stainless steel.
The Manipulator and the gripping equipments are built according to specifically developed projects in relation to the well-known need for cleanliness in the pharmaceutical - food - chemical industry and in sterile environments.
The structure is realised using AISI 304 stainless steel with few parts in AISI 420/421. Welding is mostly performed using MAG and MIG methods in an inert gas atmosphere; major welds, from an aesthetic and functional standpoint, are ground and smoothed. Visible surfaces are polished and brush-finished.
The inox Manipulator, fitted with suitable gripping systems, is able to lift and handle loads of different kind.
Explosion-proof version in conformity with ATEX Directive
The pneumatic Manipulators Dalmec can be supplied in explosion-proof version in conformity with ATEX Directive, suitable for the installation of the Manipulator in explosion-risk environment classified as zone 1 or 2.
Also the Manipulators for the handling of bags and boxes equipped with electric pumps are included.
The certification is made in our plant by the qualified Engineer of a Notified Body according to the ann. IX 94/9/EC-ATEX Directive, which ensures the total conformity of the Manipulator with the Directive.
It allows the lifting and handling of the load in a quick, precise and linear way, without any adjustments, simply actioning a lever control.
It allows the load balancing by actioning a pneumatic pushbutton after lifting the load through a lever control.
