Posivel is a double cable lifter designed by Dalmec to handle small loads in reduced spaces.
With a maximum capacity of 60 kg, it eliminates the weight of any mechanical product attached to its hook and allows smooth and precise movements. Thanks to its ergonomics, it prevents injuries and allows to maintain a correct posture while moving.
Positioned on a column fixed to a portable base-plate, it is able to serve multiple work centers to meet different needs. It has a maximum reach of 2600 mm, thanks to its double articulated arm. This makes it a manipulator with a wide range of movement and at the same time, extremely compact.
In particular, we can observe our Posivel in action, a double cable manipulator in column version, equipped with a hook. In this specific case, the manipulator picks up the load from a pallet by means of a strap attached to the hook and transports it to the workstation to be welded.
The mechanical part is lifted by the operator without any physical effort and moved into the working area with extremely smooth and precise movements.
