We present Posifil in detail, one of the 11 industrial manipulator models available in our range of solutions.

Posifil is a rope industrial manipulator supplied by compressed air, allowing the handling of loads up to 140 kg, with a maximum operating radius of 3,000 mm and a vertical stroke reaching 1,800 mm. In the video, these features can be observed directly in operation.

Posifil is designed to support the operator during handling operations in a simple, immediate and safe way.
As shown in the video, the structure with a double articulated arm and rotation on three axes allows the operator to handle the load naturally and precisely, even in complex workspaces. The possibility to limit rotations also makes it possible to comply with specific clearances and production layouts.

The double cable system ensures greater stability throughout all handling phases, while the balancing cylinder integrated into the manipulator body provides constant weight control. Parking brakes contribute to operational safety, allowing the operator to keep the load in position when required, reducing effort and risk.

From a construction standpoint, Posifil integrates a compressed air reservoir directly into the arm, while all pneumatic components are protected inside a metal enclosure. The structure is coated with four layers of water based paint, ensuring a glossy finish and superior durability over time. Welds are certified according to the UNI EN ISO 3834 standard, guaranteeing quality and reliability.

Available in column mounted or overhead versions, Posifil can be configured to adapt to multiple application requirements. This flexibility makes it an ideal solution for different industrial environments, allowing the operator to work ergonomically, efficiently and safely thanks to the support of the manipulator.
