In this particular case, the Posivel Manipulator, equipped with a concentric jaw gripping device, allows the product to be gripped on the inside diameter and is normally used during the assembly phases of the product.

The POSIVEL PV double rope pneumatic manipulator is normally designed with a hook. If required, it can be equipped with simple gripping toolings to allow weightless handling of light loads in all directions. 

The special double-arm design with an intermediate joint makes it easy and precise over the entire working area. A pneumatic cylinder powered by compressed air and coupled with a rope drive system balances the weight of the applied load. The force of the cylinder is controlled by means of two suitably arranged pneumatic circuits: the first ensures that the weight of the gripping system is always balanced; the second ensures that the weight of the load is always balanced. 

The change of load level is achieved by the operator applying a minimal force on the gripping tooling or directly on the load.
