Stainless steel Dalmec Manipulators

Dalmec, thanks to the skills acquired over years of experience, is able to manufacture its entire range of Manipulators in stainless steel.

The stainless steel Manipulators and the gripping systems are built according to specifically developed projects in relation to the well-known need for cleanliness in the pharmaceutical – food – chemical industry and in sterile environments.

The structure is made of stainless steel AISI 304 with few parts in AISI 420/421. Welding is mostly performed using MAG and MIG process in an inert gas atmosphere; major welds, from an aesthetic and functional standpoint, are grinded and polished. Visible surfaces are polished and brush-finished.

The stainless steel Dalmec Equo Manipulator is equipped with special gripping toolings and it is able to lift and handle loads of various types.
