Zero balancer for metal molds

Manipulator Megapartner equipped with a specific pinch jaws gripping tool, connected to the terminal arm of the Manipulator, is able to to move aluminium molds having variable dimensions and weight equal to 300 kg.

The Manipulator is installed on a special offset column to satisfy the specific needs of the Customer.

The MEGAPARTNER MG, is a manipulator with extremely high load capacity. It had been designed to handle loads up to 1500 kg and reach working radii up to 5000 mm with loads of 650 kg, always maintaining a good handiness and fluidity and providing the operator moderate efforts in good ergonomic conditions and in complete safety.

The pinch jaws system is ideal to move aluminium molds and using this manipulator is simple and it guarantees the maximum accuracy.

Moving heavy and bulky loads, as these aluminium molds, now becomes comfortable, fast, safe and even relaxing.

Each manipulator is made and adapted to the various specific needs of the final recipient, taking into account the different environmental circumstances.

Our manipulators fulfill all the requests contained in the legislation to guarantee the fundamental health and safety in the handling of loads within the world of work. As it is known, it is not allowed to lift weights over 25 kg for men and over 20 kg for women. Furthermore, Dalmec Manipulators avoid any risks and damages to the spinal column, eliminating the load on the operator.

All Dalmec products are designed and manufactured according to the UNI EN standards and in compliance with the CE – Atex directives.

Functional analysis, design, study of the different technical solutions available, simulations and prototypes creation are all phases in the production process that DALMEC carries out in close partnership with the client, with continuous controls and reviews during project development.
